Extra high ceilings reaching a height of 4.5 meters in the living room boast exposed wood beams fashioned from tree trunks and painted in the Cretan vacation villa’s characteristic soft hues to gently cover your dreams. Smoothed walls painted in earth tones of the lightest hues complete an atmosphere of absolute serenity.

The living room’s many large windows and doors to the outside allow light to bathe its interior during the day, while in the evening, carefully planned and chosen ceiling lighting placed among the wood beams offers a variety of ideal lighting options for a cozy evening at home. Well-situated within its 3-hectare property, this Cretan holiday villa is impressive in its contemporary architectural lines that blend so seamlessly with its surroundings as to almost become one with the land. The swimming pool’s pebble-tiled depths boast a lovely sandy shade that captures the sunlight and creates playful iridescent reflections through the crystal-clear water. The outdoor property is resplendent with olive trees, Mediterranean plant-filled gardens, an organic vegetable patch and fruit trees, all at guests’ disposal to eat, cook with and enjoy.

The interior has been laid out in a well-planned manner that only knowledge and experience can provide. Everything has been taken care of so that visitors want for nothing, and the result is a sense of luxury and completeness for even the most discerning of guests. Here, you have the feeling that everything flows effortlessly, that life has put on its most serenely attractive face and is welcoming you on your journey towards well-being. From the striking main entry and its large arched doors, to the notably spacious interior of the entry hall and its double-height ceiling. Opposite, a large bay window allows the sunlight to reflect the colors of the garden off the interior’s earthy tones, with its simple, refined lines and resoundingly tasteful touches. To the right, a staircase leads to the first floor and the master bedroom, and is adorned with impressive ethnic-inspired lighting fixtures that were lovingly selected by the owners of the villa.

In the living room, soft, oversized, comfortable sofas envelop the body for ultimate relaxation. Opposite the energy-efficient fireplace that was specifically selected because of its low environmental impact, a designer wooden table stands before huge windows looking out towards the Cretan sea, infinity pool, gardens and their flower beds which beckon visitors to the property’s splendid outdoor spaces. Two patios extend in front of the living room, with built-in corner sofas, soft fluffy pillows and wooden furniture fashioned of teak and rattan. Further on, the dining area is set against the green backdrop of the well-tended lawn which stretches out before you like an endless emerald carpet. An outdoor “kitchen” complete with wood-burning oven, BBQ, built-in countertops and an impressive wide wooden-planked monastery-style table for unforgettable Greek feasts and revelry.

To complete this stunning outdoor setting, the holiday villa’s pools, one for adults and one for children, a convenient shower, a small waterfall that channels the water and its soothing bubbling sound and fruit trees all around that tempt you to enjoy their offerings: oranges, peaches and a multitude of other fruits depending on the season and your mood. The ground floor hosts two of the four bedrooms, with beds and mattresses from the award-winning company COCO-MAT collection of advanced technology, ecological bedding. Their signature “4-layer beds”, the pillows that can be adjusted to suit individual sleeping needs, the cotton/satin blend and linen bedding, soft towels, fluffy bathrobes and fragrant natural personal hygiene products all grant a luxurious feeling of comfort and well-being. The baths, all fashioned in stylish textured concrete and directly communicating with the bedrooms, are a delight with their clever layout that permits for even greater roominess and comfort.

The front patio and its natural tree-produced shade invites guests for yet another change of scenery and more stunning views of the villa’s gorgeous natural surroundings: one of the many options that this Cretan holiday rental villa offers for moments dedicated to peaceful reading, meditation or simply unwinding. On the first floor, the third bedroom with its en suite bathroom equipped with all the amenities that the villa’s other bedrooms boast, gazes onto the beauty stretching out before it from its own private wood and rattan-furnished balcony.

On the lower floor is found the fourth bedroom with its bathroom, constructed and furnished at the same high standard of the rest of the villa. A patio in front of it, surrounded by trees and flowers is the ideal place for relaxing, reading and unwinding On the same floor is located the wine cellar. The imposing, wooden entry door leads into a domed stone-tiled space that houses the wines that the holiday villa’s owners so lovingly produce themselves, as well as a notable selection of both local Cretan and other Greek wines for you to drink, savor and purchase. The villa’s gym is also located in the lower fioor: a well-equipped private workout space with large windows and abundant natural lighting for inspired fitness routines.

Above rates are valid per villa / per night and are inclusive of all legal taxes.

The above rates are valid for up to 6 guests accommodated in 3 bedrooms. For the usage of the 4th bedroom or for 7-8 guests there is an additional charge 150 EUR per night.

Rates are quoted in Euro currency and calculated on a maximum capacity basis for villa / per night.

Should inclusive taxes change; the rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Minimum stay 7 nights.

Changeover day is Saturday.



If reservation request is performed within 45 days of arrival date, 100% payment is requested.

If the payment is not paid by due date, the right to cancel the booking is reserved and cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy are levied.

Payments and cancellations are calculated on the total amount of the reservation.

30% deposit – non refundable is required at the time of booking by bank transfer.

The payoff is required 6 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer.
