Villa Bianca is a traditional Astypalea’s house, located on a small hillside close to Chora, the capital of the island. Bianca is part of a bigger villa divided in 3, hosting 2 more independent, luxurious villas with separate entrances and private terraces and balconies. The location of the house offers to visitors great advantages since it’s in a small distance from the hot spot of the island and the main port, just on the boundaries of Astypalea’s Wildlife Refuge. The uninterrupted view to the horseshoe -like Chora is priceless, especially when combined with the outdoor comforts of the villa. After the magnificent sunsets, guests of Villa Bianca get thrilled by the starry sky hanging over their heads and the dominating over Chora floodlit venetian castle and its walls, built on the highest point of the opposite hill.
When in Villa Bianca, guests enjoy the convenient, quite area. Chora, a beautiful village with interesting routes, whitewashed houses and dozens of those typical island alleys, is easily accessed but in a good distance to offer guests more privacy. The same happens with the Wildlife Refuge, on the south-west of the villa. The beaches of the island, more than 60, can be visited by car while those hidden, inaccessible by land along with the small, uninhabited islets spread around Astypalea are the best reason to take one of the colorful fishing caiques from the port and start exploring. Astypalea has a characteristic butterfly shape and its two “wings”, called Mesa Nisi and Ekso Nisi (inside and outside island), are joined by a strip of land just 105 meters wide, the Steno (strait). Just after Steno, 10 km from Villa Bianca, is located the Airport of Astypalea and after it visitors can find more of indented coastline with sheltered bays, sandy beaches and remote picturesque chapels waiting to be explored.
Villa Bianca, just like the island of Astypalea, is a “bridge” between the Cyclades and the Dodecanese, combining features of both island complexes and cultures. The construction of the whole house along with the exterior and interior design fetch a mix of elements, exuding the genuine nature of Astypalea.
Bianca consists of two levels with a total area of 120 sq.m. It has 3 bedrooms (2 open plan and 1 master), 2 bathrooms (one on each level), a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, an open plan main dining area, an open plan living area and an outdoor Jacuzzi with a big comfy sitting area on the terrace providing superb views to the Aegean’s big blue. The decoration both inside and outside is dominated by light tones, sleek walls and floors, stone and pebble tiles. The handmade wooden furniture, the wooden beams ceiling and the characteristic greek islands’ wooden doors and windows create a warm atmosphere in the house and, seen under the ample natural light streaming from the kitchen’s see-through ceiling, compose a rare color palette. The built-in sofas with soft cushions on make up the living areas both inside and outside the villa. The designer details by Philippe Starck in the bathroom area and the selection of plants in the house complete the accommodation experience in the most natural way while some very special decoratives confer the indispensable element of the sea.

In case an additional accommodation tax is imposed by the Greek government as from 2018, this is not included in the current rates but must be paid in full by the villa guests by cash.
The above-mentioned rates are expressed in Euro, calculated on a maximum capacity basis for each villa, per night, inclusive of all legal taxes and administration costs.
Stay restrictions: minimum 3 nights stay is required for Low and Middle season. Minimum 5 nights stay is required for High and Peak season Early check in or late checks out is possible upon request/availability.
Should inclusive taxes change; the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Management reserves the right to change rates and restrictions at any time without prior notice.
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs.
If reservation request is performed within 30 days of arrival date, 100% payment is requested.
If the payment is not paid by due date, the right to cancel the booking is reserved and cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy are levied.
Payments and cancellations are calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking by bank transfer.
The payoff is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
Bank fees to be borne by customer.
The right for pre-authorisation of credit cards prior to arrival is reserved.
For cancellations up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, early departure or no show, the total accommodation cost will be kept as cancellation fee.
