The residence stands next to other private vacation villas and its vast garden ends 120 m away from Dassia’s turquoise waters, one of the most popular beaches of Corfu, awarded with Blue Flag for its shallow, crystal clear waters and the beautiful, both sandy and with sections of small pebble beach. Drosia offers to its guests a perfect environment for rest which includes an elite, very comfortable two storey interior with an area of 112 sq.m. in total and a perfectly landscaped garden with an area of 1300 sq.m. that includes a swimming pool. Outside the peaceful environment of Villa Drosia stretches an idyllic location, perfect for romantic walks and close to shops, restaurants and beach bars. The capital of the island as well as the international port and airport are 12 km away. The town of Corfu is cosmopolitan, self-sufficient and wealthy, offering to locals and visitors more than just the necessary. It is characterized by the Venetian element and has many English and French influences, exuding a sense of nobility. The whole island is vivid green and very beautiful, with rich culture, unique traditions and many well preserved monuments while it’s surrounded by endless beaches with astonishingly clear blue waters. The weather here is mild the whole year, making Corfu an ideal holiday destination.

Villa Drosia is medium sized and can host up to 4 guests at its comfortable 2 bedrooms, where one has a double bed, the other has two king single beds and both have en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an open plan space including the contemporary, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4, a charming living room and a WC. Each room of the house has satellite TV, while in the living room there is also a DVD. The villa has a safety deposit box, direct dial phone and Wi-Fi connection to the internet. The big french doors across the house let amble light fill in the interior with those situated in the bedrooms leading to a big balcony and those situated in the kitchen and the living area leading respectively to terraces with outdoor dining and  lounge areas. The outdoor lounge area leads to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Around it there are sunbeds and a canopy sofa while in the swimming pool pours in a contemporary fountain. The big garden of the residence is closely grassed and has small bushes and different trees here and there, also hosting a built-in stone BBQ and outdoor shower.

Rates include local city taxes, VAT and administration costs.

Rates are quoted in Euro currency and calculated on a maximum capacity basis for each villa, per night.

Early check in or late checks out is possible upon request/availability.

Should inclusive taxes change; the rates will be adjusted accordingly.



If reservation request is performed within 30 days of arrival date, 100% payment is requested.

If the payment is not paid by due date, the right to cancel the booking is reserved and cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy are levied.

Payments are calculated on the total amount of the reservation.

50% deposit is required with the reservation by bank transfer.

The payoff is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
