Villa Venus, located at an altitude of 200m., overlooks the Cretan Sea to the north and the White Mountains to the east. It stands within lush vegetation, close to beautiful beaches and genuinely traditional villages, 20 km east of Chania town. The location of Venus can become the ideal starting point for exploring the west and southwest coastline and countryside, visiting the breathtaking beaches and strolling in picturesque villages, while the lively Chania is half an hour drive away.
Villa Venus expands into three levels and is complemented by a private pool. It has the capacity to host 10 guests in its 5 double bedrooms that span within its three levels, making it perfect to host up to two families travelling together. Venus has been designed to make you feel at home, through its rather modern, airy and hospitable character. The high-tech appliances, superior quality beds, contemporary bathrooms and fine amenities are there to enhance the villa’s identity, offering a comfortable stay and fulfilling your every need. All these features comprise a welcoming atmosphere.
The villa occupies a living space of 200 sq.m. and features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room opening out to a spacious terrace on the ground floor. Also on this floor there is one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a hydro-massage shower and a complementaryWC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with twin beds, and ensuite bathrooms with hydro-massage showers. The third bathroom – also with hydro-massage shower – found on this floor, serves the loft’s two bedrooms (each with twin beds).
Outdoors, guests of Villa Venus will enjoy the 32 sq.m. private swimming pool, the outdoor dining area, the spacious patios and terraces.

Rates include local city taxes, VAT and administration costs.
Rates are quoted in Euro currency and calculated on a 7 people capacity basis per villa, per night. Each extra person + 40,00 EUR.
Early check in or late check out is possible upon request/availability.
Should inclusive taxes change; the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
A security deposit of 500 euros as insurance in case damages are incurred during a guest’s stay and will be refundable at the time of the check out.
If reservation request is performed within 30 days of arrival date, 100% payment is requested.
If the payment is not paid by due date, the right to cancel the booking is reserved and cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy are levied.
Payments are calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking by bank transfer (refundable if cancelled up to 2 months prior to arrival date).
The payoff is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer (non refundable).
In case of non show or early departure the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
